On the crew side of things we’re finalising our last few members. In particular our sound requirements which are incredibly important as this is where a lot of low budget digital features get let down.

We’re also in talks with a sound designer who will create the final sound mix in post production. Considering we might have in excess of fifty layers of sound for some of the more challenging scenes this is a crucial part of the process. It’ll give Dave a chance to lead this by developing the first rough mix in Final Cut Pro (the editing software we’ll be using) and then we can do the final mix in Pro Tools (industry standard sound design software/hardware).
