There was no local feature film production happening in Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire . . . until now. We're a group of young, but commercially experienced, film makers who are making our first feature film with the help of people, places and resources from the local area. There is a lot of talent here that just hasn't had the chance to shine and The Point of Regret will give them that chance.
This first production will be the catalyst to creating a sustainable commercial film making community. The goal is to create a renewable project, through distribution activity, investment or sponsorship, giving us the foundation to make further films and get the area seen as a hub for indigenous production and growing talent in the UK. We firmly believe that this is a realistic goal, but it has to start with a small step and that is to get this first production, The Point of Regret, off the ground and out to a wider audience.
